If your wig or toupee has a hair loss or breakage, please don't throw it away. Take photos or videos first,
If our master says it can be repaired, you can send the hairpiece back to us. Within the scope of the warranty, we provide free repairs. It saves resources and saves thousands of dollars. why we couldn't do it ?
If it can't be repaired, you can also send back to us and we will give you a depreciation charge for your new order. The wigs/toupees we collect will be used as a stylist to teach and summarize the causes of breakage and prepare us for new styles. Thank you very much for your cooperation. WHAT REPAIR SERVICE COVERS?

1. Professional cleaning . remove the glue or tape on the base
2. Repair damage.  such as lace tear, PU tear
3. Increase density. if the hair is loss, we can increase density to match same color same length
4. The hair is poured out. we can clean up the poured hair, or add the net to solve
5. We supply dye the hair color again .
6. Net cap size, we can help adjust the mesh cap size
7. Replace the lace, if the front lace wants to replace the whole adjustment,yes , no problem.
Note: We can't replace all of the hair system. Repaired service can extend the life, but it is a short-term solution. The only long-term solution is to replace the new hair system.
